A TYPICAL DAY

Our typical working day looks like this:

The day begins by checking our emails to see what is urgent and how client requests are to be prioritized.  We aim to respond to all inquiries  within one or two working days. If additional  information is needed from a medical team the reply might take longer. We meet our clients from the UK and Ireland every week and are at their side from the first eye examination until the last check-up. Most of the time we are available on Whatsapp.

Our patient coordinators are experienced in taking care of clients from abroad. For over 15 years our work has been  focused on our clients’  needs. Prior to your arrival we will answer your enquiries and help to organise your trip to Prague. You will also meet us during  your examination, surgery and at your check-ups and will be available during your entire stay to answer any questions whether medical one related to your stay to make sure your whole journey will be as perfect as possible.
